F. O. B. - Reap What You Sow

F.O.B. was etablished in 1995. After two demos and an EP the band released their first album "Follow the Instructions" in 2003, providing a harsh mixture of Progressive Death Metal, Thrash Metal and Hardcore overtones. After the release of the second album "Default" (2003) and the third "The Dice" (2008) the band signed a deal with MetalGate Records in 2011, which released the band's fourth album "Rain of Thoughts" in the same year. Now, in 2013, F.O.B. are about to release their newest album "Reap What You Sow", which, compared to previous releases, features more prominently the melodic vocal lines as well as a more dense and modern sound.
