17-track re-issue of this obscurity from German metal act Mania, with seven bonus tracks taken from the 'Wizard Of The Lost Kingdom' mini-LP. - Originally released in 1989 via Noise Records, 'Changing Times' was the only full-length record Mania produced, slotting in neatly alongside the power metal of fellow countrymen Helloween, Running Wild and Blind Guardian. - Formed in Hamburg in 1982, Mania released their first demo in 1983, and eventually, after heavy touring and more demo releases, signed to Noise Records, releasing their debut mini-LP in 1988 to positive reviews. - Their sole full-length album emerged in 1989, and despite tours with acts like Doro and Heavens Gate, the band splintered in 1990 and broke up, leaving these recordings as their 'official' legacy. - Considered something of a cult classic, 'Changing Times' is re-issued in a jewel case with expanded booklet including many archive images
